Rick and Jason Johnloz of Haldeman Real Estate did an excellent job of selling our property.  We had tried other two other reality firms before Halderman and no luck.  We would strongly recommend Halderman Real Estate!

Initially on my search for the right realtor for my mom’s farmland, I was going to “shop around” and find the person who would provide the best services for the lowest commission.  However, after our first conversation, I knew YOU were my guy!  I trusted you guys, and I recognized you KNOW the community and the farmers.  This was very important to me to have a communicative representative who is trustworthy, professional, and well-known in Wells County.
